late last year I stayed one night between the bodybuilders of the First Class Gym in Zwijnaardsesteenweg gent. I can make nice pictures, but all hope of a sturdy body specified 
those guys train every day hours (except Wednesday for those interested). they laugh with vain spouts that are only in the spring to work hard on their bodies until they nearly drop. bodybuilders believe it and work a whole year to their muscular body. According to them, no illegal stuff ... I hope for them.
