De 2008 song ‘Sound of kuduro’met M.I.A. staat er natuurlijk op.

kuduro is overgewaaid uit Angola en via de underground van Lissabon in Europa terecht gekomen. de rauwe klanken en sociaal / politieke geëngageerde teksten komen rechtstreeks uit de achterbuurten en hebben een grote party vibe. de electro met crossover van werelduziek blijkt te werken (CSS, Diplo en M.I.A.). hopelijk is kuduro nu ook gelanceerd.

tip: buraka som sistema komt zaterdag 28 feb naar recyclart
